Johannesburg - Scores of Democratic Alliance, Congress of the People, and Economic Freedom Fighters supporters have started gathering outside the Constitutional Court singing struggle and anti-Zuma songs.

The Star spoke to the political parties' supporters to get their views about Tuesday's historic march to the Concourt by EFF to force President Jacob Zuma to #PayBackTheMoney.

An EFF member said: “Legal issues are complicated. They are not straightforward. This matter can go whichever way.

“But once the Concourt affirms the powers of the Public Protector Thuli Madonsela, and forces Zuma to pay back some money, that will be a victory for us.”

Cope member Koster Monaiwa said: “We are here to give our support to the #PayBackTheMoney campaign. We believe Zuma should pay back something.”

DA member Vuyisile Mbamba said: “We are confident the Concourt will outline the Public Protector 's powers on Tuesday so that this matter is laid to rest. “

Mbamba said it's going to be a “big embarrassment” for a sitting state president to be forced by a court to pay back taxpayers' money.
