Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Serves 4-6
2 ripe avocados
60g dark chocolate, melted
60ml Lifestyle Food coconut cream
80ml raw cocoa powder
5ml vanilla extract
2ml Lifestyle Food fine sea salt
30ml Lifestyle Food agave granules
30ml honey
Halve the avocados, remove the pip and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add more agave granules if preferred.
Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate until set, about an hour.
Decorate with a dollop of coconut cream and an edible flower.
